HOW IT WORKS

• In the system there are a total of 10-12 misting nozzles which are installed on both sides of the chamber in the two columns; four nozzles on both side of the chamber which operates automatically by a Sensor & timer circuit.
• When a person comes in front of the tunnel, the pump operates automatically and in turn misting starts from all the 10-12 nozzles.
• The nozzles are operatives for 5 seconds which is required for proper sanitization. After which the pump stops automatically.

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION

• We use solutions containing a small percentage of Hydrogen Peroxide, Super distilled Water and isopropyl alcohol.
• The most commonly used chemical for Sanitizing/fogging is Hydrogen Peroxide. Ethanol or bleach are highly flammable.
• Hydrogen Peroxide vapor is relatively safe.
• Hydrogen Peroxide is also included in the list of agents effective against CoronaVirus released by CBC.
